These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the CIF – Career If Platform (“CareerIF”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and all aptitude tests, downloadable reports, institutional access features, and related services offered through the website. By accessing or using the platform, the user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the user does not agree to these Terms and Conditions, they must discontinue the use of the website and refrain from purchasing or accessing any services.
Use of the CareerIF platform constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions in full. CareerIF reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after such changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
CareerIF provides online aptitude assessments and downloadable reports intended for career guidance purposes. The platform supports individual users as well as institutions and career professionals who may access bulk testing features and provide assessments to their students or clients. The content and results are informational tools and do not represent psychological diagnosis, job guarantees, academic placement outcomes, or any certified evaluation.
Users agree to provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials. Users below the age of eighteen are considered to be accessing the platform with parental, guardian, or institutional approval. Unauthorized account sharing, impersonation, or misuse of institutional access is strictly prohibited. CareerIF reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform rules or interfere with service integrity.
Institutions and career professionals may be granted access to bulk test credits and dashboard features, enabling them to assign assessments and download reports for individuals under their supervision. Such users may utilise results for internal academic or guidance purposes but are not permitted to rebrand, market, sublicense, or commercially resell CareerIF services as their own.
All test content, algorithms, questions, scoring models, branding elements, web content, downloadable reports, and digital platform infrastructure are the exclusive intellectual property of CareerIF. Users are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, reverse engineering, publishing, or commercially exploiting any content without written authorization.
Access to assessments and platform features is granted only after successful payment. Users acknowledge that all payments made on the platform are final and non-refundable. Bulk credits do not expire and remain accessible until used. CareerIF is not responsible for user mistakes such as incorrect product selection, unused access, or dissatisfaction with results.
CareerIF is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including issues such as interrupted service, technical faults, data loss, reliance on assessment results, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence. Decisions made based on reports are solely the responsibility of the user or institution.
CareerIF reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account at its discretion in cases including policy violations, misuse, fraudulent activity, or interference with platform operation.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with applicable laws in India, consistent with the framework followed in the terms used by Srees Academy. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction as applicable per those standards.
